![]() As you probably know there is no one 'school' of feminist thinking and the whole development of feminist epistemology, proofs the maturity of theoretical standpoint. ![]() Well I think it is not very important how old the feminist movement is - it is rather important, towards which social problems/discriminations/exclusions directs its focus. After the extensive bibliographical review you doubt, as I understood, "the "contemporary novelty" of the feminist movement when it has already been disseminated and theorised that the feminist movement is "as old as the labor and union movement". I would like just to react towards one of the worries listed above. On the other hand, this important issue for the future of the planet, for saving the climate, biosphere and biodiversity of the planet from even greater degradation caused by human civilization to date, unfortunately, continues to be ignored by many companies and enterprises in the energy sector, by many decision-makers in the world of business and politics. This is recognized by young people, including children and teenagers from the Youth Climate Strike. In order to stop the increase in the average temperature of the planet's atmosphere at 1.5 degrees C counting from the beginning of the first industrial revolution, it is necessary to significantly accelerate the processes of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The process of global warming has accelerated in recent years and is proceeding faster than was thought just a few years ago. The aforementioned issue of urgency to carry out, to accelerate the green transformation of the energy industry, to arrive at a zero-carbon economy yet in the next few to a dozen years is based on numerous results of research work and scientific studies. ![]() On there was also a Youth Climate Strike in many cities in some countries consisting of demonstrations, events, during which young people with an eye on their future in the next few decades once again took to the streets of cities with banners containing slogans of the need to accelerate the green energy transition, to reach a zero-carbon economy still in the current decade of the 2020s. This is one of the new elements of this particular UN Climate Summit COP27. Young climate activists at the UN Climate Summit COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, were officially admitted to this UN Conference for the first time, were given an exhibition space and were finally able to officially present their demands. Thus, the pro-climate transformation of the energy sector is an essential element in carrying out the pro-environmental and pro-climate transformation of the classic growth, brown, linear economy of excess to a sustainable, green, zero-carbon zero-growth and closed-loop economy. The pro-climate transformation of the energy sector is a particularly important issue in view of achieving a zero-carbon economy. ![]() Young climate activists at the UN Climate Summit COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt were able to present their demands regarding the necessity and urgency of carrying out a green transformation of the economy, including a pro-climate transformation of the energy sector. ![]()
